Kandy

I was born in California, but spent my childhood here in Beaverton, Oregon. I have two fabulous girls who keep me very busy. I also have two adorable Shichon puppies, Jasper and Luna. My hobbies would include vacationing in the sun, camping, learning photography and taking classes at the Apple Store to learn everything I possible can about Apple computers. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. But mostly I like to have a great time and make you smile.

I began working for Dr. Doleac in 1999. During my first 5 years, I worked as a chairside technician. In the most recent years I have taken on the duties of patient care coordinator. I am one of the first people you will meet in our office as you start your journey to your Magic Smile. During your initial consultation, Dr. Doleac and I will explain your treatment options. I will make sure all of your questions are answered. Most importantly we will have fun getting to know each other. I look forward to meeting you.

Kelsie

I was born in Hillsboro, Oregon and have lived here most of my life. In my spare time I enjoy visiting my family in South Dakota every chance I get. I also enjoy spending time with my husband, Paul, and our close group of friends. Whether it's having a game night, cooking, hiking, or watching movies, we are always laughing. I have been an orthodontic assistant since 2007.

You will see me working chair side with Dr. Doleac putting on braces, doing adjustments, and removing braces to unveil beautiful smiles. I also see patients for emergency appointments, make retainers, and decorate the office for our awesome contests and spirit weeks. I enjoy working at Magic Smiles because we have such a fun office full of energetic, caring team members.

Heidi

A little about me… I have lived in the Portland area since the age of 4, I graduated from Clackamas High School in 1987 and graduated from dental assisting school in 1993. My husband, Lyle, and I have two children, Andy, 23, and Chelsea, 18. In my spare time I enjoy traveling to tropical destinations, snow skiing, hiking, reading and working out.

I will answer all of your financial and insurance questions. I am also one of the faces at the front desk that will greet you and schedule your appointment. I have worked in the orthodontic field since 1993 and have loved every minute of it! I have worked at almost every position in the orthodontic office and have found my niche as the Financial Coordinator. I feel lucky each and every day to be working with Dr. Doleac and our great team here at Magic Smiles!

My family moved to the beautiful state of Oregon 15 years ago, from North Carolina. My husband and I have 3 daughters and 2 crazy dogs. I love to read, travel, shop on line and spend time with my family and friends. Our house stays pretty busy with family dinners and we love game night!

I am one of the first faces you see at the front desk. My main job is to greet patients and schedule appointments. I am the newest member of Dr. Doleac's team and feel very blessed to be working with such an amazing office. We always have a fun contest, a decorated office and most of the time a theme going. I love coming to work every day because Dr. Doleac and The team have fun but genuinely care about each patient and look forward to being a part of your new smile.

I have been raised my whole life in the beautiful northwest. I love the fall, summer, winter, and spring. Each season brings a new adventure! Last year I decided to go back to school and get my cosmetology license. I was once told to never keep all of your eggs in one basket. During the summer I free lance as a makeup artist and hair stylist to brides and their bridal party. Currently I am also working part time at Modele Salon.

I have been working for Dr. Doleac in the clinic for 6 years. I love the laid back and fun atmosphere here. It is unlike any other dental office you will find and I feel so grateful to have such a great boss. I spend my time at work helping our patients to get in and out of the chair to their busy days as smoothly as possible. I also help with keeping the clinic stocked and clean.

I joined Dr. Doleac and the Magic Smiles team in 2009. I have worked in the Orthodontic field for 8 years and love being involved in the process of creating beautiful smiles. You will meet me at your records appointment where we will set up a financial arrangement to best fit your needs.

I grew up in East Multnomah County and have remained in the area, living not far from the home I was raised in. My husband of 30 years and I have three daughters and two son-in-laws. In my free time, I enjoy travel, camping, reading and spending time with my family and friends.

I was born and raised in Northern Idaho, I have lived in the Portland area for the past 13 years, My husband and I enjoy skiing, jogging, Hiking and taking advantage of all the Columbia Gorge has to offer . We also look forward to returning to Idaho where our two kids and 3 grandchildren live.

I may be the first voice you hear and the first face you see at the front desk. My job is to greet patients and schedule appointments. I am very happy to be working with such a great team at Magic Smiles. The team works together beautifully, with genuine concern and care for each patient.

I have fun with my husband Dan and my artistic children Maddie and Naomi. We have a hamster and an immortal goldfish. When I'm not with them I love to strap on my running shoes and hit the pavement, try out disasterous new recipes and watch English period dramas (or as my husband likes to call them "The Foppington Chronicles.")

As one of Dr. Doleac's chairside assistants I love to see the progression of each case from start to finish. Getting to know you so I can better serve you is one of my chief goals. Working for Dr. Doleac allows me to have fun on the job while helping create a high quality result that you will love!

I was born and raised in Oregon and I love it here because we are close to the mountains and the ocean….and we are only a 5 hour flight away from Hawaii! My husband and I have two girls and as a family we enjoy camping, boating, and going on walks together. I have survived the Seattle to Portland Bike Ride, Portland to Coast Walk, and I strive to challenge myself each and every day.

I am an Assistant in the clinic area where you'll see me from the time we put your braces on to when we take them off. I have worked in the dental field since 2002 and I started at the office in 2011. I feel so lucky to be working with such a dynamic and fun group of people. Dr. Doleac has a great sense of humor and makes us laugh all the time. I enjoy getting to know our patients and I feel very fortunate that I get to be a part of making new smiles. My goal is to make your experience in braces the best it can be!

Traveling Orthodontic Assistants

I was born and raised in Oregon. I graduated from Clackamas high school. I attended beauty school at 17 and after a few years I decided I wanted to be and Orthodontic assistant. I have a wonderful husband Nick, a 2 year old son named Nicholas Jr. and a 1 year old daughter named Ella. In my free time I enjoy sewing, shopping, being a hair stylist, and spending quality time with my family.

I am one of Dr. Doleac's assistants. You will see me ringing the cow bell to get a rise out of him. One of my many duties is putting braces on new patients, as well as educating them about brushing with braces. I began working for Dr. Doleac in March of 2011, but have been in the field for eight years. I love working here because we have a lot of fun with our ongoing contests and dressing up during spirit weeks.
