Portland Office
Rebekah
Rebekah is Dr. Doleac's Treatment Coordinator. She assists all new patients in getting to know how braces work and look. Rebekah also discusses the fun things such as contests we have each month and the gift certificates you can buy with our token program. She has been working in the dental industry for over 20 years, and takes satisfaction in her work by making sure the time you spend together is focused and fruitful. Rebekah is a risk taker that relishes a good challenge.
Christine
Christine is Dr. Doleac's Front Desk Coordinator. She does her best to find times for your appointments that fit into your busy schedule. She has been working for Dr. Doleac since 2004. Christine enjoys her job, especially getting to know and working with our staff and patients. She likes camping, kayaking and hanging out with her friends.
Carmen
Carmen is an Orthodontic Assistant and has been with Dr. Doleac since 2002. Outside of work she spends time camping, shopping and hanging out with her boxer, Abby.
Tracie
Tracie has worked for Dr. Doleac as a Lab Technician and Orthodontic Assistant since 2001. Tracie loves her job, her boss, and her co-workers! She is the mother of 3 teenage boys and enjoys family activities such as: camping, kayaking, biking, snowboarding and skiing.
Susie
Susie is Dr. Doleac's Financial Coordinator. She helps patients with their account and insurance needs. Susie spends her free time with her husband and three daughters. Together they enjoy traveling, camping, and water sports. She looks forward to helping you with your financial account needs.
Beaverton Office
Kandy
Kandy is our Patient Care Coordinator who joined the team in 2000. She has been working in the dental field since 1993. Kandy will orient new patients to our office, discuss your orthodontic treatment plan with you in detail and answer any questions you may have about orthodontics or treatment financing. Her goal is to make your experience in our office fun and rewarding. She is a huge Blazer fan. Kandy lives in Beaverton with her husband, two girls, and 3 cats. In her spare time she loves playing Rock Band and learning the trade of Photography.
Debbie
Debbie is our Financial Coordinator. She has been in the orthodontic profession in some aspect for 33 years and joined Dr. Doleac in 1999. Debbie will help you with all of your financial and insurance needs. In her time off Debbie enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and grandkids, and loves gardening, sewing, crafts and walking.
Dayna
Dayna is one of our Orthodontic Assistants who has worked for Dr. Doleac from 1996 to 2002, took time off to have 2 children, then returned in January of 2009. In her spare time she enjoys time with her husband and children, running, reading, cooking, and spending time with friends over coffee.
Debi
Debi is our Scheduling Coordinator. She has been with Dr. Doleac since 1996. She is one of the "Debbie's" up front that will greet you when you come in. Her favorite pastimes are: spending time with her husband, kids and grandkids, traveling, walking, kayaking, gardening, and as a season ticket holder of the Blazers, cheering the team to a championship!
Traveling Orthodontic Assistants
Cindy
Cindy is an Orthodontic Assistant that takes pride in getting to know you and giving exceptional service. She sees to it that your questions are answered and that your treatment is exciting and fun! Cindy loves to get her hands in the dirt doing both gardening and floral design. In her down time she practices salsa dancing and is involved in many craft projects.
Shannon
Shannon (also known as shanimal, a nickname given to her by her coworkers) has been working in the orthodontic field since 2004 and has been an Orthodontic Assistant for Dr. Doleac since 2006. In her spare time she enjoys cruising on her bike, barbecuing and collecting flea market finds.
Niki
Niki has worked for Dr. Doleac as a Lab Technician and Orthodontic Assistant since 2002. She is our lefty in the office. Niki is very handy. If something is broken, she'll fix it. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, sewing, and remodeling her house. She lives in Portland with her husband, four kids, and dog.
